How We HelpedIncorporation is genuinely fast — ACRA can register a company in a day once the documents and the resident director are in place. The delay is almost never ACRA. It is the resident director requirement, the registered address, and the bank account, which takes four to eight weeks and usually an in-person visit. We incorporated immediately with a nominee director and registered office, and said plainly that banking runs on its own clock.
OutcomeCompany registered in two business days and the customer contract signed that week. Bank account opened six weeks later, after one visit — a sequence known in advance rather than discovered mid-deal.
