We help families and adult students find the right school, polytechnic or university in Singapore — and get through the application, the pass and the move around it.
Students and families who start three months out are choosing from what is left. Twelve months out you decide the pathway — international curriculum, the local system, or a polytechnic and university route — which have different admissions mechanics and very different implications for what comes next.
Nine months out we shortlist and assess. Six months out the applications and entrance tests happen. Three months out is Student Pass, housing and arrival — and by then the decision should already be made, because commute times here surprise people.
Most families shortlist from rankings and brochures, then find out the year group is full. We assess fit properly — curriculum, year group, English level, and which institutions actually have space for your intake — and we will tell you when one on your list is unrealistic.
A missing document or a mistimed test costs a whole intake, and the windows are fixed. We build the file, run the AEIS or entrance-test process for local schools, apply direct to polytechnics and universities, prepare for the interview, and compare offers when more than one arrives.
The place is confirmed and the hard part starts: Student Pass, guardianship for under-18s, accommodation, insurance, enrolment. Then we stay — academic support, liaison with the institution, and planning what comes after the first year.
An agent is paid when the student gets a place. We are not built that way — most of our education clients stay with us for years, through the settling-in term that is harder than anyone expects, through subject choices, through the move to university.
If the student struggles in the first semester, that is exactly when you want somebody local who already knows the situation.
Not necessarily. Guardianship arrangements exist for students without a parent here, and we can coordinate them. Whether that is right for your family is a separate conversation.
International school fees vary widely by school and year group, and that is before uniforms, transport, and the deposit. We give you the real total for your shortlist rather than the headline number.
Who it is for, their age, current curriculum or qualification, the intake you are aiming for and a rough budget. We come back with a shortlist that fits, with fees, dates and what each application involves.
